TCGSTREET ("we," "us," or "our") operates the trading card grading platform at tcgstreet.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.
Account information — When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. You may optionally provide a display name.
Card photos — Photos you upload for AI grading are stored on our servers and used solely to provide the grading service. Report images are retained in your submission history.
Physical grading orders — If you submit cards for physical grading, we collect shipping address details, declared card values, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers or CVVs — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Usage data — We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security monitoring and service improvement.
Cookies — We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Grading submissions and report images are retained indefinitely to support certificate verification. If you delete your account, your profile is deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in; historical submission records are retained for certificate authenticity purposes.
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
We use industry-standard security practices: passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, session cookies are transmitted over HTTPS only, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

TCGSTREET is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
