Automatic refund on failure — If your AI grading job fails for any reason (e.g., a service interruption or an unreadable photo), the tokens charged for that job are automatically returned to your account. No action is required on your part.
No refund on successful grading — Tokens consumed for a completed grading job are non-refundable, as the AI analysis has been performed and the result is available.
Token bundle purchases — Token bundle purchases are final once completed. Unused tokens do not expire, so you can use them at any time. If you experience a technical issue that prevented tokens from being credited to your account after purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct the issue.
Before shipping your cards — You may request a full cancellation and refund of your physical grading order at any time before we confirm receipt of your cards. Contact us at support@tcgstreet.com with your order number.
After cards are received — Once we confirm receipt of your cards at our facility, grading fees are non-refundable. Grading work begins immediately upon receipt.
Declared value and insurance fees — These fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed, as they cover third-party insurance costs.
Return shipping fees — Return shipping fees are non-refundable once a FedEx label has been generated for your order.
We take the utmost care with every card submitted for physical grading. In the unlikely event that a card is lost or damaged while in our custody, we will work with you to file a claim against the declared value insurance you selected at checkout. Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the card as stated on the order.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended while we investigate. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are happy to resolve legitimate issues promptly.
